Director of General European Union and Foreign Relations Hasan Ünsal, Project Manager of Organization of Turkic States Ceyhun Şahverdiyev and Project Manager of Organization of Turkic States Ersin Aydoğan, country and institution representatives attended the opening of the program.

Teachers from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan attended to the program. In the program; new approaches methods and techniques in teaching, measurement and evaluation, leader teacher-leader manager, distance education courses (EBA) held during the COVID-19 process are given by expert personnel of the Ministry of National Education.

It is also planned to promote the Education System of Türkiye, Special Education and Guidance Centers, and Vocational and Technical Education Centers during the program. The program, which will continue for seven days, will also include cultural programs, school and institution visits.

With the implementation of the said program, it is aimed to transfer Türkiye's experience in the field of education, to strengthen mutual trust and friendship between the parties, to enhance social and cultural development, to encourage cooperation in the fields of education, culture, science and technology, to expand the interaction and to increase the professional qualifications of education staff.
