President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with President of the Democratic People's Republic of Algeria, Abdulmecid Tebboune who is paying an official visit to Türkiye.

After the tete a tete and between delegations meetings at the Presidential Complex, the signing ceremony of the agreements between the two countries took place.

At the ceremony, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and the Democratic People's Republic of Algeria in the Field of Vocational Education and the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Education and Training were signed by the Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Communities Abroad of Algeria Ramtan Lamamra.
