Deputy Minister of National Education, Ms. Celile Eren ÖKTEN, hosted the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Ankara, Mr. Yeondoo JEONG, at the Ankara Olgunlaşma Institute, one of the cultural and artistic institutions of our country, which is coordinated by our General Directorate for European Union and Foreign Relations and General Directorate for Lifelong Learning. Ambassador Dear JEONG visited the arts and crafts workshops at the Ankara Olgunlaşma Institute and received detailed information about Turkish handicrafts. He also participated in a workshop and personally experienced the activities of the institute.

Mr. Yeondoo JEONG expressed his deep interest in Turkish culture and art and emphasized the important role of Ankara Olgunlaşma Institute in this field. During the meeting, a comprehensive assessment was made of the areas of potential cooperation between the two countries in the field of education.
