MINISTER ÖZER GOT TOGETHER WITH THE STUDENTS WHO ARE STUDYING IN HOLLAND WITH THE YLSY SCHOLARSHIP
Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer got together with students who are studying in Holland with the YLSY Scholarship (post-graduate education program of the Ministry of National Education) Program.Minister Özer stated during the meeting held in the Turkish Embassy in The Hague that they consider overseas scholarship programs as important and they will make improvements in Law No. 1416.
"We want to send students to countries that have a leading role in the markets and sectors," said Özer and then listened to the requests and suggestions of students.
Noting that the Ministry is working on a project that will make the transportation of students studying abroad with the scholarship easier, Özer said that they will sign a protocol with the Turkish Airways on tickets with reduced rates for students and their spouses.
Türkiye's Ambassador to The Hague Şaban Dişli, Director General for the EU and Foreign Relations Hasan Ünsal, Education Undersecretary in The Hague Miyase Kaya and Amsterdam Education Attaché Anıl Yılmaz were also present at the meeting.
