"Advantages offered after the amendment resulted in high enrollment figures. Within a month, the number of students enrolled in these centers increased by 70 percent. The amendment initiated a new period in human resources and reinforcement of vocational education centers.  I believe that these centers will provide an important contribution to increasing the quality of human resources and decreasing young unemployment rates," said Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer.
