1. To carry out the work and procedures linked to bilateral agreements in accordance with the legislation governing the ministry's collaboration with the European Union and other international organizations,

2. To guarantee that the programs carried out by the ministry's various sections are coordinated.

3. To carry out the Ministry's obligations under the Law on Social Aid to Turkish and foreign  teachers in other countries, issued 16/12/1960 and numbered 168,

4. To carry out tasks and provide services international students visiting our country to study on his own charges or with the scholarships provided by our country as well as other foreign governments or organizations.

5. To cooperate in the field of education and training with nations and communities that have a linguistic, historical or cultural bond with our country.

6. To carry out other duties assigned by the minister.
