A series of agreements were signed after the bilateral meeting of President Erdoğan and his Turkmen counterpart Berdimuhamedov at the Oğuzhan Mansion.

A joint declaration of the President of Republic of Turkey and President of Turkmenistan was signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Türkmenistan President Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov.

Meanwhile, Memorandum of Understanding and Regulation Concerning Joint Turkmen- Turkish General Education School was signed between Minister Özer and Turkmenistan Deputy Chairman of Cabinet Sapardurdu Toyliyev.
